Privacy policy
Last updated: 1 October 2026
Short version: our games don't collect personal information about you or your child. We don't use cookies or analytics on this website. Below are the details, including the third-party services our games use.
Who we are
Artestit ("we", "us") develops and publishes the games listed on this website and is responsible for the processing described here. Contact us at office@artestit.com.
Our games (Cat Attack! and future titles)
What we collect
Nothing that identifies a person. Our games do not ask for names, email addresses, photos, contacts, location or any other personal information, and they have no chat or social features.
Game progress (levels, stars, coins, outfits, settings) is saved on the device. On Android, players can also save progress to their own Google Play account, see below.
Third-party services
| Service | Why | What it processes |
|---|---|---|
| Google AdMob | Optional rewarded videos the player chooses to watch | All ad requests are marked as child-directed (COPPA / under the age of consent) and non-personalised. The advertising ID is not used for personalised ads. Google's policy |
| Google Play Games Services (Android) | Cloud save and Time Run leaderboards | Processed by Google under the player's Google account settings. Google Privacy Policy |
| Google Play Billing / Apple App Store | Optional in-app purchases | Payments are handled entirely by Google or Apple. We never see card or payment details. We receive only a confirmation that a purchase was made. |
Children
Our games are designed for children and comply with Google Play's Families policy. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Every purchase and every link out of the game (for example, to rate the game) sits behind a grown-up check. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, for example in an email, contact us and we will delete it.
This website
This website uses no cookies, no analytics and no tracking scripts. Like every website, our hosting provider may keep short-lived technical server logs (such as IP address and pages requested) to keep the service secure and running.
If you email us, we use your email address and message only to reply, and we delete correspondence when it's no longer needed.
Your rights
Depending on where you live (including under the EU GDPR and the US COPPA), you can ask us to access, correct or delete personal information we hold about you or your child, and you can complain to your local data protection authority. Write to office@artestit.com and we'll respond within 30 days.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Significant changes will also be noted in the game's store listing.
