These terms apply to games published by Artestit and to this website. By playing our games you agree to them, together with the terms of the store you downloaded the game from (Google Play or the Apple App Store).
Using our games
Our games are free to download and play. You may use them for personal, non-commercial entertainment. Please don't copy, modify, resell or reverse-engineer them.
In-app purchases
- All purchases are optional and protected by a grown-up check.
- Prices are shown by the store in your local currency before you confirm.
- Payments, receipts and refunds are handled by Google Play or the Apple App Store under their refund policies. Contact us if something went wrong and we'll help.
- Coin packs are consumed when delivered; one-time items (such as outfits or the VIP upgrade) can be restored on the same store account.
- Virtual coins and items have no real-world money value and can't be exchanged for cash.
Rewarded videos
Some rewards can be earned by choosing to watch a short video. Watching is always optional and limited per day.
Saved progress
Progress is stored on your device and, on Android, optionally in your Google Play account. We can't recover progress that was never saved to a cloud account.

All game art, music, characters and text are owned by Artestit or used under licence. "Google Play" is a trademark of Google LLC; "App Store" is a service mark of Apple Inc.
Liability
We work hard to make our games reliable, but they are provided "as is". Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer under the law of your country.
